    A class designed for individuals who sit at desks or want an afternoon “pick-me-up” or have limitations that require exercising while seated in a chair. This class has participants predominately seated for the duration of the class with 5 to 10 minutes of standing postures using the chair for stability and balance. Ideal for beginners and active agers.
