Amanda Cannon, E-RYT 500
Ageless GraceĀ® Educator
Teacher & Owner of Restorative Yoga

RYT200

Restorative Yoga specializes in helping mid-life to senior women and men restore, maintain and excel in daily activities, brain function and fitness programs.

Amanda has been actively practicing Hatha yoga as a supplement to other fitness activities since 2004.  Amanda began yoga in mid-life as a way to heal injuries she sustained in other fitness activities.  Amanda quickly learned the restorative power of stretching, practicing mindfulness and conscious breath control.  Her passion is to share with others the amazing healing nature of yoga and movements for cognitive function. Rather than a supplement to fitness, yoga has become a lifestyle and journey for her now.

Amanda is registered with Yoga Alliance, teaches yoga to women inmates, teaches yoga and Ageless Grace brain fitness exercises in her home and in a variety of other venues. Amanda is registered as a restorative yoga teacher with restorativeyogateachers.com and she is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Amanda is a certified Ageless Grace Educator.
