    An active mat-based flow class taught in Kripalu and Hatha style with focus on the breath. The class is designed to build strength, increase balance and improve flexibility. Prior yoga experience is recommended.

    Chair Yoga via Zoom

    A class designed for individuals who sit at desks or want an afternoon “pick-me-up” or have limitations that require exercising while seated in a chair. This class has participants predominately seated for the duration of the class with 5 to 10 minutes of standing postures using the chair for stability and balance. Ideal for beginners and active agers.
